Refund policy

Custom Gloves "No Return Policy" - We do not allow order changes/cancellations/refunds after a custom glove order has been placed because we send the order immediately to production after receiving the order. We aren't able to change the details of the order during production. Custom gloves are a final sale item because the customization is for an individual. 

Stock gloves (pre-made gloves) can be returned/refunded within 14 days of purchase as long as the glove is in new condition. Customer will provide the return shipping.

Warranty
We offer 1 year warranty on custom gloves from the date of purchase at the discretion of Goin Yard Gloves. This means the glove can't be steamed, oven treated, or any hot water treatments applied to the glove. This applies to extreme break in methods that can damage the glove. The warranty doesn't cover dog chews, leaving the glove outside in the rain, or misuse of the glove/mitt. 


Non-returnable items
Custom baseball or softball gloves. 


Refunds on stock gloves
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
